Orders over $75 or more and shipping's on us. You're welcome.

Order Processing

Once you hit "buy," we get to work. Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days after purchase. During peak periods (holidays, big launches, whenever everyone decides they need coffee gear at once), it might take a little longer — we're moving as fast as our own caffeine levels allow.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 4-8 business days, depending on where you're located and which shipping method you picked at checkout. We'd love to teleport it to you instantly, but we're still working on that technology.

Track Your Order

We'll send you tracking info as soon as your order ships, so you can stalk its journey to your doorstep.

All payments go through a secure, encrypted checkout — because your coffee habit is between you and us, nobody else.

A Quick Note on Timing

Delivery estimates are just that — estimates. Carrier delays, weather, or other things outside our control can occasionally slow things down. We promise we're not just sipping coffee and ignoring your package (okay, maybe a little coffee).
