At Coffee Feen we want you to love your gear as much as you love your coffee. If something's not right, we'll make it right.

We offer refunds for:

• Items sent incorrectly (our mistake)
• Damaged or defective products

Refund requests need to be made within 30 days of your purchase date.

To request a refund: email us at coffeefeen@protonmail.com with your order number and a quick description of the issue.

This policy may be updated from time to time — if you want the most current version, just shoot us an email.
